1. Who we are
DigiAdds (digiadds.co.uk) is a UK service that sends members free gifts, courtesy of local UK sponsors. Gifts can be digital (planners, templates, guides) or physical items posted to your door. Local businesses sponsor DigiAdds by providing gifts or funding products, and DigiAdds adds the sponsor's details to each gift. Contact us at hello@digiadds.co.uk.
2. Your account
- Joining is completely optional. You can browse the site without an account.
- You must be 18 or over and live in the UK to create an account.
- Give accurate details and keep them up to date. We can only post gifts to the address you've saved.
- Keep your password private. You're responsible for anything done through your account.
- One account per person. We may close accounts that look fake, duplicated or abusive.
3. Free gifts
- Everything on DigiAdds is free for members. We will never charge you, and we never ask for card details.
- Digital products are for your personal use. Don't resell them or remove sponsor details.
- Physical gifts are sent at our discretion, while stocks last, only to members who have opted in. Receiving one is not guaranteed, and we can't accept liability for items lost in the post.
- Local gifts: some sponsors choose to send gifts only to certain postcode areas, so not every member will receive every gift.
- One gift per household: each gift is sent to one household only, based on postcode and house number. If more than one member lives at the same address, only one gift will be sent there.
- Welcome steps and referrals: members who complete the welcome steps on their account page, or whose friends join using their personal link, may be moved up the queue for the next gift. This is not a guarantee of any gift. Referrals only count for real people joining with their own account. Fake or duplicate accounts don't count, and we may close them.
- Gifts may carry sponsor branding. Sponsors never receive your details. See our privacy policy.
- We don't manufacture or control what sponsors provide, so we're not responsible for the quality, condition or performance of any sponsor product or service. Any issue with a sponsor's product should be raised with that sponsor directly. There's no obligation to accept, use or keep any gift, and you can delete your account at any time.
4. Messages from us
When you sign up, you choose how we can contact you about offers and free gifts: WhatsApp, SMS/text, email and post. Each one is optional, and we'll only use the channels you've ticked.
You can change these at any time from your account. For example, you can turn off SMS but keep email, without deleting your account. If you turn off all channels, we'll stop contacting you, but your account stays active.
5. Leaving
You can delete your account, address and all saved details yourself from the Log in page, at any time, with no questions asked.
6. Our liability
DigiAdds is provided "as is". We do our best to keep it accurate and available but can't promise it will be error-free or uninterrupted. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited under UK law.
7. Changes and law
We may update these terms; the date at the top tells you when. Continued use after a change means you accept it. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
