1. Who we are

DigiAdds (digiadds.co.uk) is a UK service that gives away digital products — planners, templates, guides — and, from time to time, physical products, paid for by sponsors. Contact us at hello@digiadds.co.uk.

2. Your account

• You must be 18 or over and live in the UK to create an account.
• Give accurate details and keep them up to date — we can only post things to the address you've saved.
• Keep your password private. You're responsible for anything done through your account.
• One account per person. We may close accounts that look fake, duplicated or abusive.

3. Free downloads and free products

• Everything on DigiAdds is free for members. We will never charge you, and we never ask for card details.
• Digital products are for your personal use. Don't resell them or remove sponsor messages.
• Physical free products are sent at our discretion, while stocks last, only to members who have opted in. Receiving one is not guaranteed, and we can't accept liability for items lost in the post.
• Products may carry sponsor branding. Sponsors don't get your details — see the privacy policy.

4. Messages from us

If you give us a WhatsApp number we may message you about a product on its way to you, or an important change to your account. You can remove the number or delete your account at any time to stop this.

5. Leaving

You can delete your account, address and all saved details yourself from the Log in page, at any time, with no questions asked.

6. Our liability

DigiAdds is provided "as is". We do our best to keep it accurate and available but can't promise it will be error-free or uninterrupted. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited under UK law.

7. Changes and law

We may update these terms; the date at the top tells you when. Continued use after a change means you accept it. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
