DigiAdds ("we", "us") operates digiadds.co.uk. This policy explains what information we collect, why, and how we look after it, in line with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
If you create an account we store your name, email address, WhatsApp number, delivery address (house number, street, town, postcode) and the district, county and region that postcode sits in. We look the postcode up using the free postcodes.io service, which receives only the postcode you type. We use these details to send you free products by post or let you know on WhatsApp when one is on the way, and to see roughly where our members are so we can match them with local sponsors. You can update or delete everything from the My account page at any time.
We do not sell your data and we do not share it with sponsors.
Form submissions and emails are processed by trusted providers (our form and email services) acting on our behalf. The site is hosted on Google Firebase.
Newsletter emails until you unsubscribe. Sponsor enquiries for up to 24 months after our last contact.
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data at any time by emailing hello@digiadds.co.uk. You can also complain to the ICO at ico.org.uk.
We use only essential cookies and privacy-friendly analytics. No advertising trackers.
You have the right to see the personal data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to how we use it, and take a copy of it. You can do most of this yourself from the Log in page: edit your details or delete your account in one click. For anything else, email hello@digiadds.co.uk and we'll respond within one month. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
We keep your details for as long as you have an account. Your data is stored in Google Firebase (region: London) and never sold or shared with sponsors.
